Yes. No card, no trial period, and no obligation to continue. We’d rather spend twenty minutes finding out whether we can genuinely help than sell you something that doesn’t fit.
A counselor, not a salesperson. They’ll give you a real assessment on the call rather than passing you to someone else afterwards.
They’re welcome to, and it often helps – but it’s not required. Plenty of parents take the first call alone and bring their child into the next one.
No. No transcripts, test scores or forms. If you happen to know your child’s current grades and any test dates, that’s useful, but we can work without them.
That’s the best time to talk. Early conversations are usually short and mostly about course choices and interests – there’s far more room to make good decisions.
Still worth the call. We’ll focus on what’s most urgent – deadlines, essays and aid forms – rather than pretending there’s time for a full plan.
